Agree or disagree that It’s better to have love and lost than never to have love at all

I think I agree with this that it is better to have love and that love was broken because of a liar lover. After the pain we experience, we promise not to fall in love again which is wrong. We cannot say that it is the need of loving someone. What we notice is our hearts become strong and hard as a stone. We cannot anymore feel the pain the second time if love fails again. We become frigid.

I have never experienced true love in my life, but I truly wish to feel love at least once, in my lifetime. Though, it is hard to find true love nowadays. I will keep praying for it because in my opinion having true and pure love is a blessing.
